Itinerary for Saturday, Oct. 28- UCM Warrensburg marching festival (varsity band)
8:00AM- rehearsal begins on North stadium field
9:15- load truck and uniform trailer
10:15- depart North in show shirt
11:30- arrive at CMU, eat lunch (provided by boosters)
12:15PM- change into uniform
12:45- warmup process begins
1:50- depart parking lot to stage
2:15- PERFORMANCE
2:30- back to bus, change out of uniforms
3:15- back to stadium to watch other bands
5:30- UCM Marching Mules performance
5:45- awards
If we do not make finals:
6:15- load truck
7:00- depart UCM to North, eating sack dinner on way back
8:00- arrive at North, unload truck and uniform trailer
If we make finals:
7:00-9:45- finals performance slots. If we perform early, we will perform, then eat. If we perform late, we will eat, then perform. Everyone should be registered on the Remind app by texting @eg7ha to 81010. All communication will occur through that app.
10:00- finals awards
10:15 load truck and buses
11:00- depart UCM to North
12:00AM- arrive at North, unload truck and uniform trailer
