Refundable money schedule if you cancel your reservation on the trip:

 May 28^th, 2010 (on or before) – full refund

August 20^th, 2010 (on or before) – 50% of money refunded

October 22^nd, 2010 (on or before) – 25% of money refunded

October 23^rd, 2010 (on or after) – no money will be refunded

Exceptions to this policy will be if the student finds someone to travel in their place, thereby taking all monetary responsibility.  Due to airline ticketing, advance admission tickets, hotel reservations, etc., we will need to adhere to the policy listed above in order to protect the booster organization from taking a monetary loss.
